An important feature for this project was to create well-crafted townhouses that bring something new to the homeowner as well as to the overall street appeal. The aim is to bring innovation while respecting the existing urban context. This is achieved by creating a facade that is traditional yet playful. The exterior palette is exciting and refreshing; a green glazed brick in combination with vertical dark panels and metal mesh screens. This unique combination of materials and colours, together with the additional dark lines on the facade, gives the building a timeless and elegant appeal.
